Automation to refill

Auto fill is on time; thank you. The solicitations sent out for filling at a discount rate are fruitless to us as I've attempted to fill the tanks earlier than the auto fill "date" (with the discounted rate provided by the coupon) but unable to. Why if you wanted me to take advantage of the discount rate would you not place the coupon on my account and notify me by email that the option is there? Just stupid thinking; what do I know about running a business.... Oops I've had the same business since 1990; plain luck, right? Have a good day. jdt

I am set up for automatic delivery but if I need a delivery sooner they are available within 1-2 days.
