I was a CFO of a company and learned making it harder to reach the customer service dept that the customer wants is bad in the long run.
I left their competition just 2 yrs ago because of this reason just before you guys did the new merger. Don't make their mistake.
I find it easy to call and talk to a customer service representative and they actually listen to me and try to find a solution to the issue I've called them about and then they normally call me back with an update. Now that's customer service!

Our delivery serviceman was very helpful and courteous!
I called on 10/7 to request 100 gallons of K1 fuel and was told by the amazing Customer Service rep who i unfortunately forgot her name that it would be 5 to 7 business day for the delivery. Needless to say I was shocked when the delivery driver showed up on 10/8 with the delivery. I am so grateful for the fast service.
