Since Rymes merged I no longer get a lower rate from pre buying for so many years. It just works as a deposit. Also more fees.
The rate I received last year was a town discount. I would say 30¢ higher than I would usually have received.
Also, all phone numbers lead to Concord. Then you have to waste time answering questions before being forwarded to North Conway. Wastes both my time and the Concord persons time

I've been a 10 customer for propane and have left positive online reviews in the past. You have sent me Thank You Cards and once a $10 credit. I've always appreciated the offer to save 20 cents per gallon by paying invoices within ten days. When invoiced for a 7/25/25 fill, I was only offered a 5 cent savings for timely payment. I called Customer Service and was offered an additional 5 cents for being a senior. I would greatly appreciate returning to the 20 cent per gallon savings.
