Mostly prompt w/deliveries.I’m on automatic deliveries and once this season it was forgotten.This left me w/no hot water or heat..it was quickly resolved.
It would be nice if when making a delivery a delivery slip is left in the door( this used to happen)sometimes I do not see an itemized bill for a few days after delivery and then the 10 days have dwindle down before I know what I owe..I think the 10 day discount period is important to some.

I was disappointed that my propane tank were allowed to run out of fuel. Once notified the response was quick and helpful. Hopefully with the new monitoring system this will not happen again.
