Every one from customer service , field techs and delivery drivers are all friendly and resolve any issues. I never ran out of propane with there monitoring system and if you low before storm they are out making sure we have fuel.

Rymes has been my heat provider for many years. In Tamworth and now Intervale. Everyone in the company has been extremely helpful. From office personnel to the drivers who deliver the fuel, everyone is to be congratulated.
She was very helpful and did what others couldn’t do in 6 months and she did it in 35 minutes.
The real challenge is during the coldest months when the need for products and services is at its peak. Rymes personnel consistently excel in coordinating all customers needs through a triage method. This is customer service at its best.
