I also like how you employ adults with special needs. I feel like the gentleman with dark hair needs more to do...He seems to just sit with nothing to do. Perhaps he prefers that ?
More than just a place to workout. I love that they offer a wide variety of sports and activities. This Y has a great atmosphere!
I am a group fitness instructor so it would be cheating to Say how much I like the classes. So instead, I will complement the front desk for always smiling, and always getting up early for the morning shift. I will complement the lifeguards for not needing the 15 minute break. I will complement the flexibility you showed by opening up the gym to pickle ball since so many people like it.
Ease of use . Clean facility. Wish they would bring back towels.

Has a variety of programs and activities for all ages and close to home. The childcare is convenient and has a good free weight area and exercise machines.

I like the Y because it is a safe place for my family to spend time and exercise. My children and I like the fact that there are many different activities and classes to participate in. The Y helps us live a healthy lifestyle.

The front desk staff is very friendly - saying hello and goodbye as you leave. Enjoy talking to members that I've gotten to know over time (even if only by first name).
Convenient location! Most of the activities are on the lower level with no stairs to climb making easy access for seniors and families with little ones.The staff is always on hand to help when needed.
Love the basketball program for the littles! However, it's disappointing that the girls court, one of the hoops is still not functioning. So they have to use the moveable one on the ground. And it ends up a different height than the other hoop at the end of the court.
Also, there's a significant draft on the outside wall part of the court.
The pools
The team that the Y has to facilitate the youth sports are amazing. We have had a great experience with all the Y's here in GR the past 2 years. One of our daughters are with Visser and the other Downtown. Everyone is friendly & encouraging. The facilities are nice and the games are well run.
