So appreciate the Lap Pool temperature a little warmer. Appreciate the lifeguards, such a responsibility watching all the activities around the pools, hot tubs and steam rooms. And Wendy! She does such a great job cleaning and stocking the Women’s Locker Room!

The friendliness.....the very positive feeling I receive as I walk in the door, greet the first team/responders (smile) move around past the children, playing and safe, see the members gathering at tables and getting prepared to 'workout.'
I'm am wanting to swim my laps at a time when I don't have to share the lane. I run into others, or I hit the ropes, etc. I've chosen an afternoon time and it worked out good. Hopefully this is the answer to this frustration.

Honestly everything was perfect. The facilities were clean. The staff was nice. The water aerobics class I took was fantastic. Bri is an awesome instructor!

Friendly place - both staff and those who attend. Good workout space and gym facilities. Wish there was a walking/running track similar to other Greater Grand Rapids YMCAs. Seems like there is space to add on to the building and create that.
