I like friendly people at the front desk, water aerobic classes available (with an instructor present) every morning during the week, jigsaw puzzles out where anyone can work on them, friendly staff, patrons sitting around enjoying themselves with free coffee (not that I drink it), equipment that's in working order and fixed promptly if it's not, and good convenient parking.
What I don't enjoy is Family Room bath/change rooms Number 1 and 2 that are clearly marked for Handicapped use being used by everyone from the exercise floor to "run in and pee real quick" and carry on lengthy phone conversations because they are the closest to the exercise area and private. Number 2 has also had a broken hand held shower head for the last 3 weeks at least and this week the hair dryer doesn't work.

I like that the pool is open for lots of hours,so I can go when it fits into my schedule. I also like the aquasize classes. It is nice that there are lots of opportunities to exercise.

I like the warm pool for aerobic class. Front desk, staff are welcoming and friendly.
Community environment and friendship. Coffe with neighbors in the morning. The variety of activities. Veteran and senior discounts.

It's fairly quiet (not loud rock n roll). There's always room to do my routine. The workers are helpful and very polite and friendly.

The best Y in town
I enjoy using the family pool. I like how warm the water is. The staff is excellent. However,
I don't like how loud the atmosphere is...I know it's a pool, but the loud music just adds to the noise.
I feel like the aqua instuctors are shouting over the loud music. I feel like the physical exercise is great, but being exposed to such noise is not good for anyone's hearing. I wonder what the decibel reading is? I'd suggest that your staff take several readings to see if it exceeds what is recommended for safety.

Lap pool is wonderful, lifeguards are very kind. Front desk folks always greet me when arriving!

I like how friendly everyone is and the close knit atmosphere. It has most of the equipment I like to use as well.
