I really the pool stuff
I love that you have a studio room with free weights for me to do my own video-guided exercise! If I can make some recommendations, I’d love to have some even heavier weights in that room as well as a small pilates ball.
I also love the childcare - this is absolutely key for me to be able to work out! I would LOVE if the Kidzone could have more capacity, be open from 12-2pm, and have an app or online option for sign up. It is hard for me to call 24 hours ahead of time because I work 3 days a week (always working the day before my day off, which is the day I want to reserve Kidzone). If I can’t step away from my work to call right at the 24 hour mark, the Kidzone is full for the next morning and that means I can’t work out on my day off the next day. I could much more easily use the app.
I enjoy the various group classes.
The friendly, helpful staff and the many available classes. Also, the community you care about and the help you give. Your Live Strong class that helps cancer survivors is close to my heart as cancer has touched my family. You also care about seniors, of which I am one, and participate with Priority Medicare to allow us to join. Thank you for all you do!
Availability everything is at hand.But the parking is not good. The handicap parking are being used by people who are not allowed to park there! Thank you.
It's a great place to work out! The people are friendly. It's a great part of our community. I'd recommend it over any other gym in our area near Rockford.
Lots to do to get/stay healthy
Too many people texting for rather long periods of time while sitting on and tying up machines.
With the shift from from MVP, things have gotten quite a bit busier. More reps, less texts.
Very friendly people- both those working there and the other guests.
