Staff have been very helpful in a spontaneous tour of the WWW facility + providing me w/ information regarding the class content. Instructors have been personable.
The staff is great!
Friendly, engaging, helpful.....
Free classes and a very nice pool. I am learning the equipment while working through a painful shoulder injury then hope to get my strength back again though it will be a long recovery.
Clean and easy to get around
Friendly staff great activities well maintained
Group ex classes and pickleball.
Clean accommodations, friendly and polite workers and patrons.
It's great seeing a group of multigenerational people each time I go utilize the facilities. It is well cared for and clean every time I go in. My husband loves swimming laps there and I enjoy walking the track and using the bikes since I am no longer able to run. '
The only thing I would love to have the YMCA consider is partnering with Cedar Sports Complex to offer coed indoor soccer at the high school age. My daughters love playing soccer and missed being able to do indoor as they aged out. Not sure if that is possible for future years, but I know we would be interested.
Thanks for what you provide to our community.
I like how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is.

The people!
Very friendly.
Firstly I am so happy that the Y has been so welcoming to all of us Priority Health Medicare One Pass members. MVP refused to accept our One Pass after having done so for the previous two years. So thank you! The Y has been so very friendly and I'm sure the influx of us has been a big change.
The Y is closer for us and I am so happy not to listen to the excessively loud music that is mostly rap and hop hop that was at MVP. I was not alone in that respect as many people complained to them. One guy even brought a machine that could tell the decibel level and it registered way over the recommendation. I sometimes hear some music when we get to the Y at 5 am, but then I don't hear anything when we get started exercising. It is wonderful!
It’s friendly, have all the classes and equipment that anyone would need
Friendly staff and other members. Everyone is helpful
I like how big the hot tub is because I had a wall fall on me and I have the most titanium steel ever recorded in the human body and they said I would never walk again because I broke my back in five places and my hip completely in half and pretty much everything on my right side because I had a wall fall on me the hot tub is really important to me because I was in the wheelchair for two years and it took me 15 years to walk again and the reason why I’m walking is because of the hot tub and stretching out and being able to stretch out and do my thing in the hot tub is very important for me to do my pool therapy so the fact that it’s bigger than Greenville so I don’t get forced out and I can still do my pool therapy and I’m like the Tin man and the hot tub is like my oil bath because for me it’s not relaxation it’s pool therapy and I like the fact that your pool is bigger for the same reason so I can do my pool therapy and not be in the way or have somebody in my way. 😉
Overall, good facility!
Currently, it is a mess as it is going through the renovation. Hope that when all is done, it will be clean and good.
Now, the new Men's locker rooms are not designed well. There is no seating. When I go there from work, I need to change clothes and shoes; I need to sit down and make the transition, and you just can not do it comfortably. They have now kept a few chairs, but it is a big architectural and design flaw. Also, they wasted a lot of space on changing stalls that no one uses. All patrons change clothes near their lockers, and no one goes to those stalls. Wrong design again!
Now, the new lighting is awesome. The facility looks bright and fresh.
Not sure when they did outside work, what went wrong. There are so many places where there is water leaking from the roof. So, in most practical purposes, using the walking/running track has been a very difficult challenge.
So, not sure why such a new upgraded facility has so many issues/flaws.
Also, hope they build the bridge between the Seward Parking ramp and the Y building soon. It is dangerous to walk from the parking ramp to the Y building.
The pool and the pool program is great
Good variety of exercise equipment, maintained well in a clean and safe environment
I love the Wolverine YMCA! The people are very friendly, it is clean, and the equipment is well maintained. I use the weight machines, bikes, and treadmills. I am sure I will be taking a class in the near future.
I love this place, it would be AMAZING if it had a sauna but other than that- it’s wonderful.
Family membership for a few years now. Love how clean the gym is. The staff is super polite and very helpful. Nice variety of equipment and classes. Instructors are wounderful. Child care workers top tier love my kiddos like they are their own. We have had quiet a bit of communication issues with the gentleman that orginazes the sports teams. We might consider looking else where for sports next season. Other than that we love our gym.

Facility is very well laid out and equipment is in good condition. I appreciate the front desk greeting.
