The staff is usually friendly and helpful. I use the Kid Zone and the staff is kind and caring. The woman’s locker room is a usually clean. I enjoy having lockers to use. The walking track is clean and the people using it are usually friendly. I enjoy being able to walk and watch events in the gym area makes walking fun. The other equipment is usually clean too. The YMCA is a great family activity.
Always enjoyed working out at the Wolverine World Wide location. Facility is very nice, staff is great, and always able to use any and all equipment that I want to.

The Y offers something different for every member of my family. It’s a place we can go that all 5 of us enjoy.
We have absolutely loved all the instructors we have ever had. Ms. Pinky and Ms. Dez are our two top favorites. They really care for the kids and love to see them succeed and grow in their abilities and comfort levels of being in the water.
Although there are things that could be better, it is still a good place to work out. The pool is wonderful. I wish there were more groupex classes available, but there are many good ones with good teachers. The YMCA is still best option for children's activities and classes. I wish towel service was back.
We love the KidZone Staff, everyone is warm and welcoming. My son enjoys playing and he is greeted each time he walks in.

This is our second year having swim lessons at the Y My kids absolutely love it and can't wait to go. The instructors are really fun and we've always had a great experience.

Location is great for me. Facilities and equipment are reasonably clean and in good repair. Wide variety of equipment and spaces and classes for active movements and exercises.
Easy to check in and use the facility. Family locker room had very limited space.
I love how the members form relationships from seeing each other in class. The community is my favorite part ❤️
All my kids have gone through swim lessons here, I have tried other places yet I come back here. The small classes have helped my kids soar in the water!

Easy in and out, nature trails, running track, wide variety of aerobic equipment, layout of aerobic equipment overlooking gym area.

The entire facility is super clean and very easily accessible for everyone (I have some disabilities).
The facility is well ‘stocked’ with various equipment and activities to suit just about all who use it. I love the pool area and have gotten my sister to join the club to swim with me. My husband enjoys the weights and hot tub spa afterwards. It is truly a family site!

since Brett took over there's been a marked improvement in the overall experience and vibe in the building. I attribute it to his leadership and hiring passionate caring people who make a difference. areas that I've felt a difference; increased programming, welcome/entry desk smiles and willingness to solve problems, friendly overall staff interactions, creative programming ideas like pickleball tourney.

The Wolverine Worldwide YMCA sets the bar for customer support, cleanliness, functioning machines. The only complaint I could possibly have as I do not live close enough to this location and obviously that’s not the Y’s fault.
