Friendly staff, wide variety of equipment and fitness options.
I like this Y And the people who work there. They have a great massage therapist with Nancy. The staff keeps the facility clean. My suggestion would be to allow the swim staff to open up a fourth lap lane when there are people wanting to swim laps, rather than having half of the pool dedicated to laps and half of it dedicated to people who are just playing in the pool.
I like Power Pilates and Power yoga classes. They are the reason I go to the Y

The Belmont Y is a great place. It’s clean. There is a great variety of equipment and activities, and there are some awesome group fitness instructors! Regardless of what phase of life you are in, there’s a community of people for you at the Y. When I joined as a charter member in October of 2025, I had no idea that I’d never leave!
