Not over crowded, and clean
staff is friendly and helpful. Facility is absolutely spotless
The staff was very friendly, especially the lifeguards. I only have one issue and that’s like today October 20 I went to the pool at 6:15 AM and the lifeguard told us he had a shut down at 6:45 because there was not a lifeguard available and he had to take a 15 minute break which is just great. I understand that, but when this happened a couple weeks ago, I sat in the locker room and froze in my wet, bathing suit. I understand that we have to wait 15 minutes, but it would make so much more sense if somebody could let us stay in the pool area so that we could jump back in and not have to. Leave the promises because there’s no place to sit and not freeze. Other than that, love the facility.
I like the inclusive atmosphere and the multiple classes that are offered
The staff is so friendly and helpful. The locker room is clean and well set up. The track is very nice and easy to use. All the equipment is well kept and works very well for me.
I like the Sit and Get Fit class and wish they would offer this class twice a week.

I enjoy the exercise classes both in and out of the pool. The staff have been very helpful in answering my questions. There are also windows around the track!

The staff provide a welcoming atmosphere for all ages. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and professional. Diverse classes provide options for all age levels and fitness interests. Instructors are prepared, friendly, and encouraging. The facility is clean and well maintained. I also enjoy the coffee bar. Thank you.
Cleanliness of facility and kind staff
Our family has done several sports, and many classes, and most of them felt like a good value.
We enjoy coming to the pool, and our kids have long since graduated from basic swim lessons, which we also appreciated.
We are struggling to utilize the Y a little bit in this season of life. My kids are 8 and 10. I now they aren't actually too old for the kids zone, but they find it too boring. I don't know if the big kid area doesn't exist anymore or if we just came at the wrong times. But they aren't old enough to do anything on the workout floor. And to my knowledge, there aren't any exercise classes that are appropriate for them.
We used to swim regularly Thursday mornings, but since another group class was added in our only available time block, we haven't been back nearly as often as I'd like.
All that being said, we are comfortable at the Y, and everyone is happy to go whenever we do get the chance. We appreciate the kindness and patience from staff and, generally speaking, from other members, too.
Oh, and we love the extra family oriented events peppered throughout the season!

Everyone is so welcoming and friendly! Praise God this exercise place is covered by our insurance plan. We would be lost without the YMCA.

Friendly people, very nice pool and fitness room.
I like the classes and group activities like yoga and spin classes. The “Y” near me doesn’t offer much in that area so it is necessary for me to travel at least 1/2 hour to another Location. I’m grateful that there a number of location options, but it would be nice if I didn’t have to travel so far.
All of the people who work there and instruct are very kind and knowledgeable. The facilities are always clean.
