Shifting into retirement has had it's challenges. Health included, and the YMCA is instrumental in good health while aging. The people are friendly and helpjul as I adjust to retirement and navigate the aging process.

There are many things I like about the Belmont YMCA. First, you are always greeted by those at the entrance desk, plus a challenged needs person who smiles and says “hi” !
The facilities are always clean and the employees you meet, greet you with smiles.
The classes I have taken in the last year when I began are conducted by women who have been trained to teach or coach classes that fit the needs of the members!

Clean and welcoming. Even at its busiest, there is plenty of space. Equipment maintenance and cleanliness is really good.
