I’ve really enjoyed the Monday cardio class as well as the pool. I enjoy walking the track because the windows look out into trees and the surroundings.
The members are what keeps me coming back. The way we keep in touch with each other and are always looking out for each other.
I work here as well, and Mitch has always been a happy face to see first thing in the morning. Grandpa Kim and Grandpa Jeff LOVE my kiddos and my kiddos love them! They always take care of my classroom.
The 💦 that flows on my back in the hot tubs the next feeling I have back issues and it loosens me up

It’s clean, well equipped, and most importantly, the people are friendly.
We are a couple, ages 79 & 80. My husband is getting PT for his Parkinson’s condition at the Mary Freebed annex, and I do laps while he’s getting treatment. So many times, when you are this age, people, especially young people, look right through you. Not cool. We don’t feel that way at your facility.😊

The pool area was great, family bathrooms were clean. It was so much warmer than other ymca local pools!

Very nice facility, has everything you need for any kind of workout you prefer and not over crowded. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and I plan on visiting more often when I am over on that side of town.
