It's very clean. The equipment is well taken care of. The locker rooms showers,sauna tell the story of pride the staff takes in their house.
I go to the Y almost daily. I regularly go to the water exercise class led by Kathleen Heemstra called Aqua Arthritis. I have had two knee replacements in 2025 and this class has been most beneficial for exercising and strengthening my legs. This class is so popular that unless you sign up in the first 10 minutes of enrollment, you can't get in.

I like the diversity of the participants. From muscle bound athletes to PT patients, we are all accepted in an atmosphere of trying to stay healthy.

Free classes that I don't have to be signed up to go. Good classes too. ( I'm talking about Tim for Yoga!) Usually clean but the floor in the workout room should be swept on a much more regular basis.
Having a pool is great too.
I wish there were more crafty classes. Make and take kind of things.
I haven't explored the other locations but am looking forward to doing that in the new year.

The facility is in amazing shape, the people that work there are always nice. We bring our son regularly to swim and burn off some energy. The on site child care is amazing when we need some extra help.
