I like that this is close to my house and has a spacious parking lot. It has a good offering of classes and equipment.
The environment is safe and welcoming. Machines are well kept. Just wish there were more treadmills, they seem to be always snagged up.
We love the friendly staff, and the caretakers in the kidzone are so good with our daughter she went from throwing a fit when we'd drop her off to now throwing a fit when we pick her up!

Great classes and hours
I enjoy the Taekwondo class at the YMCA. I love going for a swim on Saturday mornings, and I often go to the Y to stretch, jump rope, and then lift a few weights.

My grandson is playing in league basketball through SpartanNash YMCA. He is gaining skills and growing in confidence. His coach is challenging him to learn, but is also very fair and gentle. He's participated in other basketball leagues, but this is by far the best experience he's had.
