We recently moved into our home in CT and needed a safety inspection before starting service. The office said they were 15 days out since the propane was only for 2 fireplaces and it was still warm out. But they scheduled an inspector from RI in 7 days. He was polite, courteous, friendly and efficient. The next day we got our delivery by two equally friendly and courteous people.

Prompt delivery and great service. I have only one question, why did I get an invoice before the propane was delivered this year? I have a credit rating well over 800 and really don’t understand why I was billed before you made the delivery. I would appreciate in the future that my propane is delivered before I’m billed for it, I shouldn’t have to prepay with my credit history. I would appreciate a response.
