They came to my house checked everything for safety then showed what they did and why they did it which allowed me to learn more about my propane fireplace. Overall very informative and great job! Then couple days later we got a delivery of propane the delivery guy was quick and quiet, great job guys!

My only complaint is you never fill the tanks. Not sure why. Even when you fill the tanks you leave it at 72 to 79% full. Why?
I assume some room is needed for expansion, but I can't imagine that's 25%. I would like to see you fill the tanks in the 90 % range.my
