We have been very happy with their service when installing the gas equipment for our gas fireplace. the technician obviously knew what to do. He even helped put in the log set and placed the gas equipment in the best spot for lighting. He also found the best place to hide the regulator in the surround. He stayed and lit the first fire to be sure everything was right. Our communication with the office has also been very good and delivery of gas timely.
We haven’t had a problem, and everything seems to happen seamlessly. I would have responded with a 10, but a neighbor told us about a company he has and likes whose propane is less expensive.

Osterman Propane has been professional, responsive and has delivered the needed propane in a safe and timely manner. The website is easy to use and usually answers all questions. We had a recent need to call Osterman's to check out a gas problem and they arrived within the hour and were informative and able to rectify the problem. We appreciate always knowing that Osterman's is our company and are responsive to customer's needs.
