Osterman Propane has been very knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions as well as providing services that work for us. We love the up-front pricing and automated delivery systems. The budget service and the automated pay capabilities mean we do not have to worry about when or how much to pay for a bill. It is nice to have one thing we do not have to worry about in this interesting world!

It was empty tanks (2x 125 gallons) for 2 cold nights without heat. I hope your refilling system can be automated. Of course, the LP price is outstanding, and the customer service person "Doug" of Mass, who picked up my called, he provided a great service and listening. He called back to update the urgent needs has been confirmed. And the next morning delivered, approx at 10am morning, driver ID#Phone number removed was excellent service. Great Service
Odd automatic delivery this year, prabably somewhat out of you control. Hard to get a hold of a person for a unique problem. However, once I got someone they were exceptionally helpful.
We had a very big billing issue on both of our houses for over 6 months. Colleen Hackett was able to solve in about a week what we were not able to solve .
We appreciated her attention to detail and accuracy regarding the matter until it was resolved

In almost all instances your representatives are very personable and empathize with me when I call with a problem, which isn’t often. Although sometimes, again not often, when the technology doesn’t make sense or add up, I feel dismissed. In the most recent problem I had broken technology was placed before listening to me and it resulted in an avoidable problem and inconvenience.
I like the reader on our tank. Although, I was really nervous about running out with storm coming. That is our source of heat if we lose power. We called a couple times, but got no response.
You delivered propane the Sat. we phoned to say we were out of it. What a relief when the driver arrived 4:30 pm on a Sat. night before Blizzard Calvin. Thank you and the dear driver for taking such great care of us and hearing our plea for help.
