You installed my propane tanks in quickly. The men were code conscious and made sure they were put in according to code. Others just put them in. They adjusted blocks to make them up to code. And changed out a line which was incorrect. Very impressed with their work ethic. Lisa at the front desk in Plainfield was excellent and made me feel comfortable when I went to pay the bill. She answered all my questions.

Our company was a very satisfied customer of Osterman Gas Products for many years before I retired. Osterman also delivered our home propane gas.
The service over all of that time was excellent and I never was concerned that anything would go wrong.
I didn't vote a number 10 this time on the survey, because when I called to ask about renewing a contract with Osterman, I asked what the current price was for a gallon of propane and was told that the cost is $2.29 per gallon. "Very good," I said. Should I have had to ask, "What will it be tomorrow?"
So, upon receiving the first First name removed, I found that the price I was being charged was $3.049 per gallon.
Why, oh, it's variable pricing. I suspect it was the sin of "omission."
I know I can change the way I pay if I want to, and I'm okay with changing companies, but disappointed.

We have just moved to the area and are not familiar with propane services or usage. Osterman made the transition easy and painless. We learned a lot with the safety inspection provided by Osterman. The office staff was friendly and helpful in getting our account set up and choosing a product that works with our family. We look forward to our relationship with Osterman as well as our new town.
