Osterman provides consistent service: The Osterman device that indicates a need for delivery works as it should. I have no concern that we will run short of propane that fuels our range, fireplaces, and firepit.

We have been very happy with their service when installing the gas equipment for our gas fireplace. the technician obviously knew what to do. He even helped put in the log set and placed the gas equipment in the best spot for lighting. He also found the best place to hide the regulator in the surround. He stayed and lit the first fire to be sure everything was right. Our communication with the office has also been very good and delivery of gas timely.
We haven’t had a problem, and everything seems to happen seamlessly. I would have responded with a 10, but a neighbor told us about a company he has and likes whose propane is less expensive.
