I did not choose Osterman as my supplier, you were recommended by GEM. I did not choose Young Electrical as my supplier, they were recommended by GEM.
There have been problems in this installation, mostly caused by coordination issues.
I contracted with GEM to have a Generac installed. I did not expect to have issues between their
subcontractors.
I think these issues have been resolved thanks to Marcel Desmarais.
I would suggest that you all work together and not have the homeowners involved in installation details
I have been a GEM customer for many years, they are pricey, but they get things done right. Having a contract with Generac, should include an all inclusive program.

I called on Thursday to sign up as a new customer. Was told it could take a few days before everything was processed and the tank inspected. Friday morning the truck was in the yard filing us up!

I had a few issues pending with my account. However, Mr. Jay Smith responded to my concerns and carefully listened to my perspective as a customer. He conducted the discussion very professionally and resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction.
