We were pleasantly surprised when we found the delivery of our propane recently. It was in a clear fully described information packet hooked to our front door. I have been very, very sick and my husband had a stroke. We are so thankful to the delivery guy who we never even heard doing his job. GREAT SERVICE AND SUPER DELIVERY.
