I love the EGym area. As a disabled person I'm not able to use the regular fitness equipment. I made an appointment for the EGym, and it has truly been amazing. This equipment has made me feel so much better both physically and mentally and I would highly recommend this circuit to anyone even able bodied people.

The pools and water exercise classes, Pickleball, and many other things that I don't use but other people do.
I mostly swim laps. The pool hours for lap swimming are posted on the web site and I rarely have to wait for a lane to free up. Get my swim in, then sit in the steam room for a few minutes, and feel great for the rest of the day.
I love the track to walk/run.
I like playing pickleball there. I wish there were hours for it on Saturday.

I joined the pitch league get together and have met so many great people that we have become like a “Y” family. We get together outside the “Y” and have parties while playing pitch. I also enjoy the E gym and find the children that attend such a joy. I also enjoy the free library as I’m a big reader. There is something for everyone. Also the staff is very welcoming and helpful.
