E Gym
The yoga instructors, the cleanliness of the facility mostly due to John’s vigilance. I don’t really use the aquatic center, but should. It gets very crowded down there for morning classes and so about a year ago, I stopped trying.
The e-gym is my favorite.

The autistic facilities are top notch. I like to walk in the “lazy” river.

The people at the front desk are very friendly and helpful, facility is clean, lots of exercising machines a wonderful track on the second floor. I’ve still got to check out the pool and different programs. and it’s only a couple miles from my house.

I like that all ages come together to use the Y. It is an important part of our community. It's a community gathering place to enjoy each other while we build strong bodies.

The pool. I enjoy doing water exercises by myself. There are lots of classes and exercise equipment. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Very helpful Staff especially Nick with the e gym onboarding. He was so nice and helpful setting up my brother who was a guest and then immediately newly joined.

It has a walking track, a dedicated cycle room and large pool area. Not to mention all the gym floor space. It would be nice though if there were dedicated pickleball courts.
Best YMCA in central NY.

Close to my home, clean and very family friendly. My only complaint is the POOL IS FREEZING!!!!!
