Always a machine open even when it is busy. I brig my granddaughter to the pool she loves the lazy river. The building is always very clean.
The Northwest Family YMCA is very clean and well maintained with equipment and pools that are attractive and updated. I love the rowing machines, nautillus, the Lazy River, the steam and sauna rooms and the upstairs track. Of course the basketball courts and indoor field are well spaced out. I hope that saltwater can one day be in a therapy spa/pool, or as a small addition. The staff are typically cheerful, helpful and hospitable!! Thank you & Shalom in Yeshua, Amen. Acts 19

The pool is gorgeous - a little loud with the lazy river but the lap pool is big, wide, well lighted and clean. The women's locker room often stinks like dirty diapers though and is very unpleasant.

I was new to this branch and wanted to use the pool. The welcome desk staff member I talked to was very helpful. He answered my questions and gave me clear directions to the locker room. The facilities were clean and easily accessible. Overall experience was very good.

I travel to the Northwest YMCA from Onondaga Hill to take clinics taught by Rob. It's worth it! The facility is immaculate and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
