The Northwest Y is clean, welcoming and offers good classes and opportunities. It goes beyond a workout place. There are so many people who would never feel comfortable in most other places.
Things that could be better - the timing of classes, especially in the mind body studio. They are too back to back, not allowing for coming and going easily. 10 minutes would make a big difference. Some early afternoon classes would be nice.
I have been out awhile due Covid. Upon my return I noticed a lot of new equipment. It’s great to see the “Y” is investing in staying current and building it’s membership.
Employees at the Y always are smiling and offer to help with any problems. I appreciate that.

The pool, the friendly people, yoga. The facility is generally clean
I like the indoor walking track. I like how my boys have others to play basketball with.

The size of the building, the upstairs track, the enormous pool room, the classes and events available, the cleanliness, the e-gym.
Close by and the staff is always friendly

Great fitness facility! The classes are amazing and the instructors are knowledgeable and motivating. And, the classes are all tailored for every fitness level. There are also a lot of classes to choose from to accommodate your fitness needs.

And the steam room in winter. It is VERY hot and steamy. Not all are.
Love the Xpresso bikes. A great workout when the weather is unfriendly to an outdoor ride.
