I use the weight room, typically three days a week. IMO the Life Fitness machines in Manlius are superior to the Precor machines in Fayetteville.
A suggestion. Music in the weight room is fine, although none would be OK, too. Getting kind of tired of the 70s music that has been playing for months now. Changing styles every few weeks might be an improvement.
Overall, a good experience.

The people at the desk and the tennis department are incredibly helpful and could not be nicer
It was just what i expected. Greeted, easy ck in and welcoming yoga teacher even though walked in for 1/2 class. No stress. Will go back

Variety of classes, affable instructors, strength of community, camaraderie among patrons. Facility could use some renovation (same with Fayetteville), and parking lot is too small, but Manlius is my favorite center!

It’s an all inclusive atmosphere providing young & old opportunities to be healthier. The YMCA Northwest Family facility has so many choices for keeping your body, mind and social skills active and rewarding. A simple smile, thumbs up or hello to others is a habit that is natural. Everyone is precious and important. Maybe it’s someone’s Happy Place!

Clean facility and well maintained swimming pool
Nice gym overall, but the pool has poor upkeep and its not being maintained properly. I avoid this pool and wish I enjoyed using it. The pool bottom is often visibly dirty, water cloudy, etc. You need someone to manage it better.

Northwest Baldwinsville YMCA is beautiful and huge! My son and I were so excited to start his classes there and I was impressed how many different areas there were to explore.
