Dylan McKenzie, the service person who came out was thorough… He came without an appointment because our phone number was incorrect so he changed it for future visits. He went into the crawl space and sent a video of a potential pipe leak. I appreciate he took the time and effort to do his job well.

David is very prompt; he is curious and very efficient with his time. Upon his arrival he asks me if I have any problems. If so, then, he lets me know this is where he would like to begin to apply chemicals. This may not be important to some; however, I have pets and I like to pick up food and water bowls to be on the safe side. When he is finished, David reminds me that if there is an issue just to call and he will be here as quickly as possible. No additional charge. I tell my neighbors about David and Terminix.
