David, Terminix technician, is so good about keeping up with the quarterly service. He calls to set up an appointment that is convenient for me. He arrives on time. He is efficient with his time and lets me know if there is anything amiss. He calls if he is running late to see if I would like to reschedule or OK to provide service at a later time for that day.
