Another great service from Mr. Michael Lee at Terminix! I say this because every time Mr. Lee comes to my home he goes above and beyond as a service technician. Mr. Lee is always punctual, courteous, and explains the treatment process clearly during each visit which I find very important because I should know as a customer what a Terminix technician is doing each time. I'm always satisfied with his service and cannot say enough about him. I appreciate Mr. Lee's thoroughness and attention to detail when it comes to my service. He always ensures that my home is protected from pests and answers all of my questions and concerns. Mr. Lee is always friendly and it is a pleasure to work with him. I truly hope Mr. Lee gets a raise because it is hard to find a hard worker and a person who provides such a great experience when completing his job in such an amazing way. Always communicating on services and times of arrival. Technician always ask if there are any issues or problems that need to be addressed.
Appointment was made several days ahead. Tech reached out on the day of appointment to indicate he was running a little behind. Gave us a new arrival time and showed up as indicated. He started his inspection right away. Upon completion he explained everything he found in detail and recommendations to solve some problems. He was very thorough and knowledgeable.
Out technician David is very knowledgeable & friendly.
He made recommendations for our home and let us know that if we had any problems with pest to call immediately.
