Technician is on time, courteous, and professional. Ramiel is excellent and a great brand ambassador for Terminix. Always puts on protective booties when coming into the house. Helps to brush cobwebs out of upper corners in our two-storey entry foyer and in the back staircase with high ceiling. Checks to make sure that we are not having recurring problems with ants and provides freshly baited ant traps if we do. Have had a couple of instances in past years when we were having an issue with a particular type of pest and have requested revisit and reapplication. Every time this has been scheduled and handled promptly.
