Technician is on time, courteous, and professional. Ramiel is excellent and a great brand ambassador for Terminix. Always puts on protective booties when coming into the house. Helps to brush cobwebs out of upper corners in our two-storey entry foyer and in the back staircase with high ceiling. Checks to make sure that we are not having recurring problems with ants and provides freshly baited ant traps if we do. Have had a couple of instances in past years when we were having an issue with a particular type of pest and have requested revisit and reapplication. Every time this has been scheduled and handled promptly.

Very thorugh & The Techs are extremely Courteous & prompt(Always on time ). They answer all questions & don't mind you asking ( no matter how Ridiculous). Upon leaving , they give you a sense of relief(A Job Well done) til next followup appt. In time you began to feel a sense of 'knowing them' especially if you happen to land the same Tech (even though rare).When calling into office there's always proper assistance provided & If needing to call back in for Clarity purposes ,feedback is always given politely.
