Service Rep Rob is prompt, efficient and very thorough with maintaining my property free from pest.
I like that Vanessa in the office made every attempt to get someone to my home the same day I called. She was extremely helpful and accommodating. My technician, Jesse, was very knowledgeable and explained the extermination process to me. He left me his card should I have any issues and was very attentive to the issues in my home.

Very friendly and attentive customer service. The technician is meticulous in his approach to all the details. We’ve used Terminix for going on five years and seldom ever need them to come inside the house because all the spiders, crawly things, and bugs know better than to try and infiltrate because our technician will give them a beat down. Thank you for also protecting our home against termites.
