After doing numerous research and quotes, I’m so glad I went with Terminix. Their first impression from estimate, to scheduling, first treatment, and pest control was above and beyond expectations. Nick walked me through everything, explain in details, and even cleaned the areas he needed to bait (which I didn’t expect), he ensure that everything was put back neatly. Follow up visit we’re scheduled before leaving. The gentleman that came out to do our pest control (I’m sorry, I forget his name), but was very professional, he accommodated around my schedule, when I had an issue with previous pre-booked appointment. He was still able to come out after hours and treat the entire house inside and out. Very informative, since I had a dog in household. Everything went as ease, without any concerns. Rest assure me that if theirs a problem that should a rise, to contact them. I felt like I made the right decision to go with this company! Thank you to the awesome teams, and last but not least, the office staffs, who was quick and sufficient with responding to my emails.
