Very professional, always arrive around designated time. Staff called to confirm ahead of time very nice. Have been using Terminx for over 25 years, both pest and termite. If I need an additional visit, (ants in the summer) I just call and they come right out and fix it. No extra charge

I'm just wondering if the product put down will be effective if it was put down on top of the ice that was all around our home which is now covered in 10 inches of snow. Was it prudent to perform the service under these wintry conditions?
