Ken Tackett came to do our quarterly pest treatment service. He called ahead of time to let us know he was about to arrive. Once here he told us his children had brought home a bug (not the creepy crawly kind) from school and he put on a professional grade mask to be on the safe side, which I very much appreciated as we are older and both have some chronic health conditions which could put us at risk if we were to be exposed to a contagious illness. Because of this I elected to skip the indoor treatment this time and he worked on the outside area, and also completed our annual termite inspection. Ken is very nice, professional, and reported back to us that we are termite free -- yay!
