On the pest control, I like the fact that the house is cleared of spider webs. They always check to see if anything new is going on around the house. Then they take care of the bugs.
On the termite side I like the fact that you check the traps yearly and therefore know if there is a problem. If so you take care of that area.
Terminix also checks the crawl space once a year. That keeps up with the moisture level under the house and inside. These are the reasons I like Terminix.
