We have a new technician, Ken Tackett. He has done our last two pest treatments. He is very thorough and takes care of the outside of the house as well as treating the windows inside because I think it may help reduce the number of insects that like to visit us all year round. We appreciate Terminix always sending reminders when it is time for the next treatment and getting us on Ken's schedule. Ken, and Jackie Hancock before him, are prompt and do a good job.
