Jay is always very good to accommodate our schedule as we are part time residents. We call him and tell him when we are going to be there and he works us into his schedule. Very personable and thorough.
The technician, Logan, is highly qualified, always on time and approaches everything about his job with extreme professionalism. I often have questions about the products being used and what can be done to further protect my home. Logan always has the answers and provides good advice. Logan always coordinates service appointments with me in advance. I can trust Logan to perform the job even when I am not there to supervise the work. I have not had a pest problem of any kind since Logan came onto the scene!
