Terminix hires well qualified techs and goes above and beyond when treating my home. Their current technician, Mike, always takes the time to do a visual, sweep down any spider webs, answer and ask questions, identify areas that need special attention and ensure everything is ok. In addition to the normal service, Mike treated my home for carpenter bees this year and it made a real difference. I can trust Mike to do a fantastic job treating my home even when I can’t be there! A real comfort to know my home is protected!

We haven’t had any bugs other than the stink bugs and orange ladybugs that come in because you don’t have anything that kills them. We like the fact that you will come back to take care of anything that might not have worked. We’ve been with you somewhere around 3-3 1/2 years and only called you back one time. We wish you would bundle everything to have a lower cost because everything separate gets quite expensive. Every employee that we’ve worked with has been very nice and helpful. They listen really well to what we have to say and explain everything really well to us.
