We really liked our service person David Jones he explained everything to us and if we didn’t know what he was talk about he was so patient and would explain it to us until we did. David was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of all our needs quickly so that we didn’t have to wait several days. Shawna the person that answered the phone and took our information was pleasant to talk to on the phone. The boss Robert came the second day and was Also nice and friendly. As far as the stuff they did chemicals granules and termite traps we will see how well it does as time goes on we just had it all done yesterday and the day before.

He is very friendly and knowledgeable and always listens to any problems I have. He never is in a rush or makes me feel that he does not have time for my issues. I would highly recommend Gregg.
