Haven't seen a bug since starting my service, service tech said the bait station had been nibbled on however have not seen any , replaced bait so that should take care of them. The whole staff is probably the most friendly available people anyone could hope for. Definitely a worthwhile service unless you like to be bugged😁

Dependable and keeps me free of bugs etc. Not happy at the increase in another price increase.
Our tech Colt was extremely thorough making sure to reach every nook and cranny to ensure no pests would be sneaking in an unseen areas. This service was indoor only, but he assured me that when he/Terminix comes back for our outside treatment that he would be able to reach our 2nd story and spray for Carpenter Bees, which is something our last company did not try to do and resulted in holes in our cabin from the bees. We are very pleased with Terminix and would highly recommend them.
Just makes me feel safer that I don’t have to worry about termites, especially in these mountains. They are very detailed in answering any of your questions and concerns also.

The Terminix people are very friendly dependable and they do a great job. I had Howie who was the Terminix representative who just serviced the house in Murphy. He contacted me and reassured me that everything at the house was fine. I appreciate having contact with the Terminix representative and they do and they do a great job.
Office staff are great. Friendly. Easy to work with. Technician called because I was out of town & would not be there. He also called after the visit to answer my questions.
