Austin is my service tech. He always alerts me on his arrival so I can put my reactive dog up. Less stress on the dog (and me). Austin NEVER takes a shortcut; after discussing my needs for the quarterly service, he always does the pest control for what is in my home's best interests.

A true professional. He was very thorough on the inside and outside our home. I could tell he knew what to do and did everything in a timely manner. He checked all the pest traps and replaced those traps that needed replacing. Also, when arrived he told me what he planned on doing and asked me if knew any pest problems he needed to address which me feel that he cared and he would do a professional job and he did.

Todd McClure is a consumate professional, climbing into the creepy places under the house to do thorough inspection & outside taking great care not to disturb any landscaping. Mr. MClure added more stations to better cover the perimeter of our home. Super nice guy, good communicator who finds the perfect balance between being a focused professional and all-around good human.
