Michael does our services, and he does an amazing job. He always asks if we need anything specific, and if we do, he gets us the right supplies, and it fixes it for us asap! He is very friendly and respectful. We haven't had any bug/rodent issues since using Terminix for our new home. 10/10 recommend Michael and Terminix.

Kalece is excellent and helped me with a problem that we had. Our Terminix service was scheduled for December 30,025, with technician Casey at 11:00 a.m. I received a confirmation of our appointment stating our appointment was at 1l:00 a.m. on December 30, 2025. Our son and family took their vacation to our home and were there to let the technician in. He called me and said the technician had not arrived and it was noon. They were on vacation and had plans for the afternoon. I called Kalece and she was so helpful. She checked the schedule and said we were on the schedule for 2:00. I said absolutely not and said the other girl in the office had set it up and sent her the confirmation I had received. Kalece worked very hard to work things out and was able to have Casey come at l:00 pm. She was fantastic! Our son met Casey and was very pleased with him so we are glad that he will be our technician. Terminix is a great company and the Andrews Office is excellent as well as Casey, our technician. We will be glad to recommend Terminix to our friends. Thank you.
