I have been a loyal Terminix customer for about 20 years. During that time I have had a few Terminex employees at my house. They are always dependable and trustworthy and always on time. This long-term relationship stands out when other service oriented companies do not stand out.

The Andrews office manages the schedule and reaches out when due. Perfect! Also Darren is a very good guy and does awesome work. We battle a mouse infestation for 5 years could not get rid of those little buggers. After 6 months of treatment with Terminix I see no more “mouses” I highly recommend Terminix Andrew’s for your pest control.

We’ve liked all the employees that we’ve dealt with. It’s nice if we feel like it didn’t work they will come back out for free and do it again. The only thing that we don’t like is the expense. There doesn’t seem to be any bundling it’s kinda à la cart. All of the different things we have them come out for it’s worked well. Austin is our latest technician and he does a great job and is very pleasant to be around also answers all our questions and concerns.
