I like that the same person does the service on my house every time. That also includes the lady who calls to remind me of my appointment. So very nice to have both of them be long time employees that seem to really care about the service they provide.

I do not see bugs in my house nearly as much as I did before we started Terminex. And when we do see bugs or other pests, we just call and you come out and take care of it.
