We receive reminders from the office notifying us when it is time to schedule our treatments.
Our technician always shows up on time.
If we’re home, he notifies us that he is here, and asks if we are having any particular problems.
If we aren’t home, he leaves a placard, letting us know that he has been here to spray.
He uses a “pet safe” spray to ensure the safety of our “fur baby.”
We are billed from the office.

We know that when we have a Terminix appointment we will be in good hands. Cody is courteous, efficient, on time, thoughtful, asks the right questions and listens to our concerns.
Terminix did a good job remembering that we had a service due. They called and scheduled the appointment with us and Aaron was here promptly to take care of everything for us. Since we have been using Terminix we haven’t had any issues or problems with bugs. We love sitting outside on our patio at night and we are never bothered by bugs or mosquitoes. If we do have any issues we know we can call them and they take care of it right away. We are happy with Terminix.
