The quality of the pest control is very good; however, my service technician (Cody) is excellent. He is always on time, thorough, professional, and attentive to any problems I have identified.

We really like our service technician, Curtis. He is efficient and does his job well. He is also kind and courteous. He's always on time for appointments and most of the time he is early and that is okay. He always calls to make sure it is okay to come early. Curtis gets a 10. Tiffany is usually the office person that I talk to and she is great! She's kind and courteous and always patient while I go check the calendar. Tiffany gets a 10!
