The completeness of the job
I have been a long-time customer for a while and I like having Terminix serve my home, however I prefer a more experience service member to serve my home.
It seems your new hires do not do a deep spray for pest control. They don't spray in the corners of the windows, doors inside and out and etc.
Each time the new hires come, spiders appear, little insects in the windowsill and of course other hard bugs.
It would be greatly appreciated if they would take the extra mile before moving on to the next house.
He is always on time and does a great job.

Zach is wonderful as always. He is professional and does a wonderful job. I always appreciate how kind he is to my pup and takes the time to greet him everytime. This time my daughter was home and he took the time to let her show him her new swing set. I know appointment times are set and technicians are busy and have full schedules. It meant a lot that he took the time for her.
