We had Curtis for this visit and he very kind and considerate. I asked if he would text me when he needed to come in the house instead of ringing the doorbell (it scares the cat to death) and he told me it would be no problem. He was early for the appointment and seemed to be very thorough in his checking in our crawlspace. He even mentioned another non-Terminix problem and brought it to our attention so we could take care of it. Nice young man- would love to keep him.
