Richie Altman stopped by on Thursday, Sept. 3rd, with the lovely and gracious Chelsea, and checked the rat traps for any activity. He was explaining to Chelsea what he was doing to teach her the "ropes," so to speak. We continued catching up on what we've done in the past month and then he left. After a bit I realized that during our "jaw jacking" we got side-tracked and Richie forgot to check the crawl space. I called the office, spoke with the very friendly Cheryl, and told her what had happened and asked if Richie could just stop by, quickly, on Friday and check our crawl space. I should have been surprised but knowing Richie I was not. He showed up later that Thursday to check it out. He told me that, "I never go home before my job is finished." That's the kind of employee Terminix has.
